Insurance and payment concerns can be a source of anxiety for patient’s families. We do our best to ease this process for you.
Allegiance Home Health is certified by both Medicare and Medicaid and accepts payment from both entities. We also accept most Medicare Advantage and Medicare HMO plans, pending eligibility and verification of benefits.
We are contracted with several private insurance companies, including Blue Cross Blue Shield as an “in-network” provider. However, we can accept “out-of-network” patient referrals as well, pending eligibility and verification of benefits.
Additionally, we do also accept Private Pay patient referrals.

Referrals are accepted from your physician, family members, hospitals, social workers, as well as yourself. All referrals must be approved by your physician.
